Brasco International is a Michigan based company that specializes in hi end bus shelters and enviornmental furniture. Jen Evans, (first below) wanted an easy going, hands on approach to the portraits. This is a sampling of what we came up with.

These portraits were shot in the span of 2 hours without an assistant. Using my new best friend (Profoto B1 500 AirTTL battery strobe with a 22' beauty dish) and the factory floor as a backdrop I was able to move about the warehouse with very little effort. Profoto's Air Remote mounted on a Canon 5D mkii with a 24-105 lens let me truly cut all the cables needed to get the job done. I can't say enough about this set up. No more hunting for clean power in a live operating warehouse. I just dragged the shutter for ambient and dialed in the strobe to lock in the subject. We even kept the warm background! I've never felt so at ease shooting in a factory setting.
